How to Approve Team Member Posts in Hootsuite

    to social channels.

    First, the admin will need
    to choose which team members

    will have restricted posting permissions,
    and on which networks.

    Then the admins need to set
    that Team Member’s permissions

    to Limited at the Social Network Level.

    For example, if a team member
    requires approval

    for the Facebook company page,
    the Twitter account,

    and the LinkedIn account
    permission settings

    will need to be set to Limited 3 times -
    once for each profile.

    Setting Limited Permissions on a network
    for a Team Member means

    that any social post that Team member
    sends or schedules to that network

    will have to be approved by someone
    with publishing rights

    Once permissions are set,
    anyone with publishing rights

    has the authority to approve,
    edit, and delete messages.

    This includes admins,

    are set to Default or Editor.

    When a message is awaiting approval,

    everyone with publishing rights

    select Publisher from the launch menu

    their social network permissions

    which means they can publish
