パトリックテスト（フェーバーテスト）を行って
仙腸関節障害を評価します。

片足をまげ、外転してさらに外旋させ、
もう一方の膝に足をのせる様にします。

もし脚が診察台と平行な状態に下がらなければ、
股関節屈曲拘縮か防御腸腰筋攣縮の可能性があります。

上げた脚の膝と反対側の骨盤の上縁を同等の力で押さえると股関節か仙腸関節に痛みが生じるかもしれません。
