アドソンテストを行う場合は、
橈骨動脈拍動を確認してください。

患者に大きく息を吸わせて、首を伸ばした状態で
痛みがある方の肩に向けて頭をまわす様に指示します。

痛みがある側の橈骨動脈拍動が弱くなった場合
検査は陽性で、胸郭出口症候群を懸念します。
