Since 2019, the Caring People Welfare Foundation Trust in Waterhail, Budgam, has been dedicated to supporting the community by regularly distributing essential ration kits to impoverished families. These kits include vital items necessary for daily household needs, offering crucial relief to those in need.

In addition to their efforts in addressing food insecurity, the organization extends its support to handicapped individuals and the hearing impaired community. They have distributed items like wheelchairs, ear machines, and other essential aids, providing much-needed assistance to those with disabilities in the area.
