This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Maria Stashenko presents «The Zone of Silence», a new concept of social interaction, derived from her personal experience as a women in business. Through her speech she challenges the concept of Power, one of the basic cornerstones of our society, while representing women role models. Is our fast changing, global and technologically charged society ready to change the ancient archetype of power as aggressive, brutal and non-compromise force to an intelligent and empathetic? Maria shares her own story and introduces the evolutionary changes that are about to happen in an attitude towards women.
