フィンケルシュタインテストは
ドケルバン腱鞘炎を評価する検査です。

患者は母指を手のひらにおき、他の指で母指を包む様にします。

その後検査者が受動的に手首を尺屈させます。

痛みが生じた場合検査は陽性です。
