    But instead of just throwing all these cups in the landfill, Chick-fil-A began a journey.

    Understand how we can make these cups into something more useful.

    This facility here does niche products, like styrufoam cups, black scoreboard in food waste.

    We bring the styrofoam cups in here from the truck that coming from Chick-fil-A.

    It has about two hundred bags on that truck. About thirty cups in each bag.

    We process those cups through a sorting process.

    Then we take it and take it to the Densification process.

    Densification what we're doing is we're taking fifty cups and taking it down to the size of one Cup.

    And the way we do that is we chip it up in the one, two inch pieces.

    And we take that and extrude in Extruding process.

    That is being cold bonded into a lot.

    We are a Plastic Recycling in Iowa Falls, Inc.

    We manufacture products out of recycled glass.

    Technically we bring it and it goes into the draining area, drad it.

    We grind it up then it goes to extrusion.

    We blend everything. It's kinda like making a cake, a little bit of this, a little bit of that.

    They go over to assembly.

    And, you know packing for shipping.
