The Corporate Analyst
Development Program,

it's a rotational
program.

So six months,
four rotations for two years.

We go through different
lines of business.

Essentially learning
different types of work.

I'm currently an asset management
oversight and control analyst.

Oversight and control is essentially
the first line of defense

trying to identify any risks or controls
that asset management currently has.

If a trader was typing in a number
for a client, let's say $100 million.

And they accidentally fat finger
something and add an extra zero.

And suddenly it's something,
like, $1 billion.

Right, that's
a huge mistake.

My department helps
identify those types of risks

and we work with the businesses
in partnership to mitigate those risks.
