Hailing from the remote tehsil of Rajgarh in Ramban district, Waqar Ahmed Wani has made history by becoming the first person from his tehsil to qualify the prestigious Kashmir Civil Service (KCS) Judicial examination. His remarkable achievement is now inspiring numerous aspirants across the region.

Waqar, the second youngest among five siblings, has shown exceptional academic prowess from an early age. After completing his LLB in 2021, he first cleared the Account Assistant exam and served in the Rural Development Department for two years. Just two months ago, he achieved another milestone by qualifying as a Prosecuting Officer.

Waqar's journey exemplifies perseverance and dedication, serving as a beacon of hope and motivation for aspiring candidates in his community.
