about this evil shadow thing

A Dark One? What's that?

The Dark One's are pure evil spirits
that want to take the souls

- Whoa, wait...what the hell are Seers?

You are what we call a Seer.

Seers are children all over the world
that are able to see and talk to the dead.

Right, what's so bad about that?

Well, you see, as Seers grow up,
they become what are known as Mediums.

They lose the gift to seeing the dead,
but they can still hear and talk to them.

And that is how Mediums help people deal
with the loss of their loved ones.

The Dark Ones don't want this.

They want people to suffer with their losses.

So you're saying some
evil spirit wants my soul?

I feel them every night trying to get it.

(gasping) The nightmare!

I had a nightmare
that some evil shadow thing

was sucking out my soul.

Does this mean that it was real?

Maybe. But don't worry, we'll protect you.

The Light Ones.

The dark cannot exist
with the Light Ones.
