What's holding women back? ...Biology.

because men still don't need to go through the process of bearing children.

I think what's holding women back in the workplace is that they are too docile.

I think possibly it can be a little bit of their attitude.

I think that in general,

women much like the many of our minority populations

have been underserved and

haven't had the same opportunities for several decades.

So, there is a lot of inertia around that.

fear treating people and dear friend based upon

they are being men or women

essentially...you know, you reap what you sow.

Your company may not necessarily thrive[?] as a result.

So that's kind of half[?] of you.

In my country, I am from China.

I think, you know, women are comparatively right ... hmmm... equally protected.

I think that a lot of women are scared to actually

have that more dominated [maletry] in them.

So they have been told all their life to just be more domestic and stay home.

So they feel like that's how they should be in the workforce.

As long as you are working in an industry

that I feel you are happy with, that you do well in,

I think that you can succeed.

I try to make sure that I am a supporter as humanly possible to my wife and vice versa.
