Title:
Running The Tesla CD Turbine To Catastrophic Failure
Description:

The first prototype Tesla CD Turbine gets run to near-max revs and some parts go flying with a catastrophic failure. Specifically, the top CD gets loose inside the case and launches through the plastic side of the CD case, splitting it wide open, and then harmlessly glances off the cameraman's leg.

The top CD itself is still in one piece after exiting the CD case, but missing two of it's ball magnets...they were found attracted to the metal ramps safety guard. The basic CD disc pack and spindle are still intact, and believe it or not, despite the busted case, the amazing Tesla CD Turbine still runs! (video to follow...Return of the Tesla CD Turbine)

I DO NOT encourage those at home to try this yet. The bugs haven't been worked out and it really can be dangerous on air pressure.
