Myomectomy: Controlling for possible complications during surgery
There are expected complications during the procedure of myomectomy. These are uncontrolled hemorrhage or bleeding and the other one
possiblely depending on the location of the myoma
there might x of the fallopian tubes
so as much as possible incisions nearby
or sutures nearby the fallopian tubes should be avoided. The other one is
especially if the myomas are in the lower segment,
there might be the possibility of damaging or
suturing, or cutting even the ureters on the bladder
and it should be identified and repaired
at the time of the surgery
