How to integrate your sponsors?
Sponsors can play a crucial part
in financing your TEDx event,
but they may never influence the program
If you don't follow this rule,
you could loose your TEDx license.
You are allowed to integrate
sponsors in TEDx communiation measures.
Show their logo on the invite, a poster,
your website or your program booklet.
Certainly, you can offer sponsors
free ticket contingent.
During the event, you are allowed
to express your thanks on stage,
yet sponsors should alway present
themselves outside the auditorium.
Integate them easily in the break area
or lounge with a roll-up,
or a dedicated presentation booth.
At the end of a TEDx event,
sponsors can distribute branded giveaways.
Be creative!
Try to match sponsors
with the theme of your TEDx event
so they can add
to the overall event experience.
Sponsors will be eager to help you
as TEDx provides great opportunities
to connect their brands with inspiring topics
your speakers talk about.
But, keep in mind.
Sponsors can never be on stage.
They may have no editorial control, or veto power
over your program and speakers.
You are not allowed
to promote your sponsors
on Twitter, Facebook,
or any other social media channels.
Good luck with finding the right partners
for your TEDx.
