    This means you can now share your work

    broadly and easily with anyone in the world

    And that means:

    greater recognition of your research

    more thorough engagement with your ideas

    and an increase in scientific, scholarly,

    So what do you need to do?

    Faculty at UC Irvine, UCLA, or UCSF
  • 0:41 - 0:44
    should deposit all articles published after July 24, 2013

    in eScholarship, UC's open access repository.

    Faculty on other campuses may also deposit
  • 0:51 - 0:54
    but are not required to until next fall.

    Deposit is simple.

    Select your campus

    enter a few identifying details about your material

    such as title, author name(s), and discipline

    and upload a copy of your article.

    If your article is already openly available

    just let us know where.
