In the English subs uploaded by Hugo Day (co-author of Decay), a software glitch has caused repetitions of some subs. And as fixing this repetition issue might create issues in subtitles translated from these English subs, I suggest we wait until someone from Amara fixes it before we translate from them.

In the English subtitles, I've now removed the repetitions caused by the glitch, and I added 2 subs at the beginning (0:1 – 0:16) for the written disclaimer, which will have to be translated into other languages. I also fixed the French of workers 1 and 2 (61:22-61:39). So now the English subs are ready for subtitling.
