A special project that will give everyone a unique insight into this art form has started, but it needs your help.

We are bringing one of Cuba’s foremost rumberos, Justo Pelladito Hernandez, to Australiato perform and record original rumba arrangements by Gai Bryant with 17 of Australia’s best musicians – giving us all an ppportunity to experience rumba from a master percussionist.

And it’s even more special to think that Justo, now in his seventies, has never recorded outside of Cuba before and this is the first time he has decided to share his passion and his music in a studio setting.

All we need to produce an album with him is for you to select one of these packages, specifically tailored for the experience you want to have with Justo and his Australian band – Palacio de la Rumba (Rumba Palace).

All funds collected will go towards recording and production costs.We are very happy that a portion of the post goal pledges will go to Lyme Disease Association of Australia.
