Feeding the factory within | Berit Nordstrand | TEDxTrondheim

Title:
Feeding the factory within | Berit Nordstrand | TEDxTrondheim
Description:

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Your body is a cell factory, and the production changes according to the food you eat. Berit argues that simple food swaps can encourage healthy activity in the cells.

Berit Nordstrand is a cognitive therapist and specialist in clinical pharmacology. With over 20+ years of experience, she helps people discover how small, everyday steps can lead to big changes and how good food choices can lead to a better life. Berit is the author of two books “Food with More” and “Food at Heart.”

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
