Click Your Fortune #2: Advice for your 16-year-old self - Sandra Aamodt
-
0:01 - 0:04What advice would you give to your 16-year-old self?
-
0:04 - 0:07It is hugely helpful to love what you do
-
0:07 - 0:10and to do something that you're interested enough in
-
0:10 - 0:14that you can keep doing it forever
-
0:14 - 0:16and not get bored with it.
-
0:16 - 0:20But even things that you really love
-
0:20 - 0:24are going to have hard, weird, lost moments
-
0:24 - 0:27as you go through.
-
0:27 - 0:29And so it's important to just,
-
0:29 - 0:30as I said before,
-
0:30 - 0:31just keep moving
-
0:31 - 0:33and get through those moments
-
0:33 - 0:36and realize that everybody has them.
-
0:36 - 0:39And it's not because there's something the matter with you,
-
0:39 - 0:43but just because you're doing something hard
-
0:43 - 0:47and hard things are hard sometimes
-
0:47 - 0:49but still worth doing.
