谢嫣薇，一位结合美食和写作的媒体人，过着美食家的生活，吃尽全球各地美食，却在行业模式中，品尝出自我启发的［剩菜生活］大反思。
她从美食课题，巧妙的换了一个角度，引导观众随她［窥探地球负担］，［反思资源分配］，［弹劾责任分割］等的世界课题。在满足舌头无限欲望之外，没有人惦记着无限囤积的厨余，但这些问题都被谢安焉提出有效的厨余处理点子。
透过她的分享，我们看过了个世界对于厨余和费油的处理方式，提炼成环保资源，物尽其用，发挥得淋漓尽致。也透过她分享的良心园地的食物链，我们也惊叹：原来，食物也能回收。
就此呼吁各位发挥心中的小宇宙，为世界添上剩菜生活的创意。世界需要更多
的［资源环保］与［再生能源］的艺术创作。
