How to Book Media from the County Media Collection

Hi and welcome to the San Diego County Office Education online booking system for the San Diego community colleges.

Now here's Fabby Castellon to tell you how to do it.

Thank you, Sandy. Hi everybody.

OK so we're going to start off by searching for a video.

At this moment I'm going to type, "He said, she said".

It's right here.

You can also use the number that the professors have been using all along.

Also that would work. If you type in the number and you do search, it will work.

You hit return.

It is going to give you a list of titles.

Here it is.

You are going to click on the box.

Go up again.

And add it to your book bag.

After that, you go back up and click on book bag over here.

And you see there is one item added.

Click on that.

And you are going to click on 'Place Booking' on current book bag.

Right there I am going to enter my client code.

So usually all the professors know their client code.

And password.

All the colleges have their own separate password.

After that you are going to click on the date you want it delivered to your school.

And you are going to check on availability.

So right now it is telling me it is not available on Tuesday, the 13th.

I'm going to go back.

And try January.

So I am going to try to do it on January the 24th.

And check availability.

So you see that difference where right here that now it's green?

So that means that it is available.

And I need to confirm this booking.

If you do not confirm, the order will not go through.

So make sure you hit confirm.

And you are all done.

Step 3 is the last step.

And just make sure you log out.
